Throughout her career as a change leader, senior HRBP and as a consultant, she acquired extensive understanding of businesses dynamics and processes in the different industries / phases of companies / different geographies as well as in the development of management teams, people relations, talent attraction and operations.
During the last years, she was looking to utilize her broad experience and focus her efforts to the benefit of the community, mainly in the Inclusion and Diversity field.
